sex offenders should not be allowed to give out candy to childen especially if they have charges against a child they could lure a child into there home promise to give them a treat and then god knows what happens molested or dead . Sex offenders are not allowed at parks near schools anything like that so they should not be allowed to give candy to our children ,the police should go around to the sex offenders house and make them wear a house arrest bands especially on halloween you dont know who is under the mask and not every parent goes with there children they should but dont parents please keep your children safe i am going to and you must to

the bad thing is, they lump all eex offenders together, from those who mooned someone because of a college prank or someone caught relieving themselves in an alley with those who committed crimes against kids.

I think only those who committed crimes against kids should only be the ones who are punished on Halloween.

as far as protecting kids, stay in your own neighborhoods and you would be safer. At least you would know who gave the treat.

Yeah, as long as you are actually with your kids. Some people send their kids out alone. There are several ( stupid ) parents in my neighborhood who just turn the kids loose daily, not just Halloween. Those are the kids that get preyed upon.

Because all sex offenders are satanic devil worshipers who look prey up the kinder-folk, more so on All Hallows Eve than any other time. For that is when the demons they harbor in their trousers grow and are filled with the strength of mudkip + rare candy x99... right? Right?! RIGHT!!??!?!

Somehow population control is related.

I'm not talking about someone who mooned someone, or something silly like that, but any VIOLENT sex offenders, especially those who raped or hurt children....and its proven beyond any doubt, not just someone's say so, those people shouldn't even be allowed to live, much less hand out candy. It's time the death penalty was brought back for scum of the earth like that and used daily.

Daily Horoscope for December 8

Aquarius

This is a good day for getting on with chores and mundane tasks. You'd much rather get them out of the way than have them hanging over you for any longer than necessary. What's more, you don't want to waste your time by doing things in the wrong order or by being so slapdash that you have to do something a second time. You're setting a terrific example right now!
