Johnson City man arrested for allegedly stealing a pool cue

On Wednesday, Jan. 25 investigators with the Johnson City Police Department arrested Nicholas M. Halkowitz, 25, on a charge of theft of property over $1,000. The charge stems from an investigation into a theft of a custom cue stick from Numan's Bar, 225 E Main St.
