J-L seeks millage OK for new buses
JOHANNESBURG - On Tuesday, May 8, voters in Johannesburg and Lewiston will be asked by the Johannesburg-Lewiston Area Schools board of education to approve a three-tenths mill levy request to purchase six new buses over the next five years.

JOHANNESBURG - After the Johannesburg-Lewiston Area Schools school board decided last year to establish bus stops to pick up most of the district's students, board president Mike Vogt said ridership increased by approximately 5 percent.
