Miss Frances Gayle Wood, 64, 296 Meansville Road, Apt. E17, Union, SC, went home to be with her Lord and her heavenly family Thursday, May 3, 2012 at her home.

Deputies said that this week while arresting a Clinton man who was burned during a mobile meth lab explosion in January, they found more materials for making meth at his home.

On March 8, the Newberry County Sheriff's Office, Newberry Police Department, Whitmire Police Department, Prosperity Police Department, Fairfield County Sheriff's Office and S.C. Law Enforcement Division began serving the arrest warrants across the county for people wanted as the result of a year long undercover drug operation.
