In a ceremony on Tuesday, Anita J. Dunning, Missouri State Director, USDA Rural Development presented the Village of Jerico Springs with a certificate of congratulations upon receipt of funding to purchase and install a new storm warning siren for the community.

The celebration is being hosted by their daughters, Karen Neale, Springfield, Mo., Kathie Needham, Lockwood, Mo., Shelly Lasater, Rifle, Colorado, seven grandaughters and ten great-grandchildren. The couple request no gifts.
