A Florida man was charged with domestic battery after he drenched his wife with a garden hose for smoking inside their home.A Kickin ash John Jeffrey Murray began yelling at his wife Saturday after she entered the couple's residence in Jensen Beach while smoking a cigarette, TCPalm reports.
