Man Attacks Wife With Hose For Smoking In House

It's the freakin' WIFE who is guilty of ASSAULT AND BATTERY for exposing anyone else to toxic tobacco smoke. If this goes to court, I'd be happy to appear as amicus curiae in support of the husband, who was doing what any responsible person should do to a mentally-ill smoker!
