Moore Foundation gives $6M to Sonoma Land Trust

The Palo Alto-based foundation, which focuses on environmental conservation, said the Trust "has a proven track record of collaboration that allows them to leverage local dollars and bring in additional funding for land conservation." The Trust's campaign is focused on the Jenner Headlands and other large tracts of land throughout the county.
