I have lived in Newton County all my life ,and Mountain lions, Black Panthers, Lynx, and a wide spectrem of the Felines are here in Newton County. The F&W only know what their biologist tell them unless they see it. It isn't there. If a tree falls in the woods and you didn't see it. Did it really fall.
