Janesville teen in custody after fleeing police, ramming squad car

Cody E. Kotthaus, 17, of 1551 LaSalle Court, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on charges of second degree reckless endangering safety, knowingly fleeing an officer, operating while intoxicated, reckless driving, hit and run and resisting an officer, the release said.
