Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan is one of the stars of Michael Moore's new movie, "Capitalism: A Love Story." In a section of the critically acclaimed examination of how Wall Street insiders diverted hundreds of billions of tax dollars into their accounts, Moore illustrates how the bailout happened.
