Woman sentenced to up to three years for larceny
A Jacksonville woman found guilty by a Windham District Court jury of grand larceny in March was sentenced to two to three years in prison on Friday.
Thomas Supernois, who has been held without bail at Southern State Correctional Facility, in Springfield, since July 2, pleaded not guilty in Windham District Court last week to the charges of second-degree aggravated domestic assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Silverware, kayaks stolen in Windham
Police are investigating several robberies in the Windham County area. Around 1 p.m. Monday, police said, someone entered a residence on Beaver Pond Road and stole several items, including a 40-piece silverware set, an Olympus digital camera, a television and some change.
