Main Street sewer project continues to irk Irwin business owners

Bill Waldsmith had a thriving business in downtown Irwin. On June 8, however, his Pamela's Cards and Gifts on Main Street, brought in only $12. The next day, the low sales continued, netting only $50, Waldsmith said.
