Developer sues over failed deal in Fayette
An Allegheny County developer that tried to buy the former Brownsville General Hospital in Fayette County in 2010 sued Parkvale Bank in federal court on Monday, alleging the bank interfered in the deal, costing it an estimated $1 million a year in profit.
