Irving, Texas. November 14, 2009 MacArthur clinched a playoff berth with a District 7-5A win over its city rival by a score of 20 - 3. MacArthur's James Sims, who rushed for 199 yards on 27 carries, clinched the win with a 26-yard touchdown run with 1:27 left.
