Parla, 18 Howard St., Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and failure to yield the right of way Monday at 12:30 p.m. According to police, a vehicle heading south on Mall Boulevard in Lakewood turned left into the mall parking lot and almost hit a marked patrol car.
