Man killed, 2 hurt in Madison wreck

An Irvine man died Wednesday night in a car accident in Madison County . Kentucky State Police say Keiley M. Harrison, 24, of Richmond , was driving a 1995 Chevrolet truck west on Irvine Road at about 9:30 p.m. when she crossed the center line and collided head-on with a 1984 Ford truck.
