Irondale woman killed in crosswalk after struck by motorist

The Jefferson County Coroner's Office identified the victim as Gina Hall Tubbs, 59. The accident happened July 3 at 10:51 a.m. Deputy Coroner Phillip Russell said Tubbs was crossing the roadway at the intersection of Second Avenue and 20th Street in Irondale.
