Major theft case solved in Brazoria County
On May 05, 2011 Brazoria County Livestock Deputy Kaylor initiated an investigation at an abandoned concrete plant near Iowa Colony, Texas where she discovered Jerome Heath Novak loading cattle into a livestock trailer.
