Former Iowa City man sentenced for stealing from flooded homes

Michael Ray Garr, formerly of Iowa City was sentenced to more than 16 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to possession of stolen firearms and possession of a firearm as a felon Tuesday in United States District Court in Davenport.
