I think its a bunch of bull #$%#, I had to pay for someone to come and get my mom, sister, niece, and her friend, then I had to pay for someone to come and get my boyfriend and myself. My mini-van has been there since Saturday and now I have to pay for someone to take me to work for another week. On top of that I have a job, what do they expect that a thousand employers are just going to let all of us off for the day just because someone calls us and tells us we need to find a ride to Ionia by the next morning not knowing when that morning is going to be. They could at least get there Sh** together and figure out a way to tell us about what date our cars will be ready so we can let our employers know. It also Pis$%% me off that they knew at least three hours before they told anyone about the flooding and then told the news stations that we were all idiots and didn't listen to the warning about the flood. When they announce that, we couldn't even get out. They need to apologize and find a way to pay for all the damage to the cars. I don't have full coverage on my van, SO WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO?
We were told that a dozen or so cars in the south parking lot were in danger of taking on water and need to be moved to higher grounds. Security will not give anyone problems! On approaching the exit you were told that you had twenty min. to get back or else you couldn't reenter.(IT TOOK 1/2 HOUR TO JUST GET OVER THE BRIDGE) Sound familiar Anyone?

They definately did not handle the situation well at all. First of all they shouldn't have let the cars park there, God only knows why they did. Second, they would only let ONE tow company tow the cars out.
