The West Virginia State Police and members of the Eastern Panhandle Violent Crimes Task Force arrested four men Thursday for solicitation of prostitution during a sting operation at the Super 8 motel on Edwin Miller Boulevard in Martinsburg.

To the Back Creek Valley resident, concerning the nine or 10 deputy cars parked up on top of the mountain: Police congregate and gather personnel before they serve a violent criminal arrest warrant, drug raids or missing person searches, and for many other reasons.
