Pocatello Judge Denies Leniency In Medicaid Fraud Case
A judge has denied a request for leniency in the sentencing of an eastern Idaho woman convicted for defrauding Medicaid of an estimated $40,000. 6th District Judge Robert Naftz sentenced Terry Leissring of Inkom last month to serve at least one year in prison after pleading guilty to felony grand theft.
