Willamette Valley Roads Reopen After Historic Flooding

Roads across the Willamette Valley are slowly reopening after the floods and high-water danger that closed them mid-January. In Salem, River Road South between Orville Road and the Willamette River bridge to the City of Independence, one of the roads previously affected by floods, is the latest one to reopen to all traffic as of Tuesday morning.
