She is in very bad shape. Already had a ton of surgeries and in a coma.

Yeah, but...what if you are the trash around your children? I don't think it's a matter of her letting trash in her house, as much as she's trash and only associates with fellow trash. Maybe now the kids will stand a chance to not end up like their disgusting mother.
