Self-storage management company Pegasus Group has entered the Minnesota market, buying up nearly all the storage facilities operated by Hopkins-based Jacobs Management Corp. Jacobs Management sold seven facilities to the California-based Pegasus Group for $41.5 million, according to Finance & Commerce .
