Tenants of 30 properties paying rent to TNT Enterprises will send their payments elsewhere for at least the next couple of months under a court order issued this week.

I bet at least one of those properties belong to Oleta Lett. She's a slumlord, sad to say shes not the only one. Hutch is a really nice town but it can be hard to find a place for under $500.
Other than Garden Grove anyway,they were pretty nice.
