I assume if the State Fair was killed off that suddenly the Sioux Empire Fair would be moved to Labor Day weekend, since the city of Sioux Falls assumes that EVERYBODY in the whole state of South Dakota comes down to Sioux Falls every weekend they can make the trip, year round.
