Judge Throws Out Evidence From Dog Raid

Monday brought a major ruling in an alleged puppy mill case near Hurley, SD. A judge ruled evidence gathered during a raid will not be allowed during the trial and that one of the people in charge of the raid, Second Chance Rescue Director Rosey Quinn, mislead the court about the case.
