Hulbert man dies in one-vehicle wreck
A Hulbert man died at 4 p.m. today in a wreck four miles northeast of Hulbert. Andrew Wayne Perry, 24, was driving south on a Cherokee County road when he lost control of the pickup, hit a ditch and was thrown from the pickup before it ran over him, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report.
Several Tahlequah residents have reported theft incidents to police this week. Jan Catron told police when she awoke at her home at 1219 E. Fuller, recently, she discovered her purse was mission from her residence.
