Officials: Man Stuck In Train Car In Howe, Okla.

Emergency crews were headed to the train tracks near Main Street in Howe, Okla., about 11 a.m., where they believe a man in stuck inside a coal train car, said Leflore County Emergency Management Director Michael Davidson.
