Edward David Zak , 90, of Horseshoe Bend, Ark., was born on Sept. 17, 1921, in Chicago, the son of Edward Casimir and Sophia Zak.

Police have arrested an East Texas man accused of molesting a 10-year-old girl on several occasions over a period of time.

According to the Cross County Sheriff Department, the body of Howard Dickey, 25, of Melbourne was recovered Monday morning at 7:45. Izard County Sheriff Tate Lawrence said at 1 p.m. Sunday, his office was told that a kayak had capsized with two men aboard.
