Students from Bismarck and Minot have been named this year`s top youth volunteers from North Dakota.

A couple years ago a Bismarck school counselor came up with a way to help make students feel more hopeful about their futures, and it`s working.

Santa and Mrs. Claus and mayors from the metro area have kicked off the annual "Season of Giving". They want you to donate gifts to Firstlink's "Giving Tree of Hope" and visit Santa Village at Rheault Farm in Fargo.
