Organic food store Earth Fare sprouts in Hoover
Inside the new Earth Fare grocery store in Hoover on Tuesday, workers busied themselves preparing for today's opening: stacking oranges, bell peppers and other produce; arranging wine bottles in center-aisle displays; and filling platters with pasta, potato and egg salads to test the prepared foods cold case.
In the previous weeks, traffic along many of the major interstates has picked up considerably.
