The best kept musical secret in Paris Texas is happening every Tuesday night from 6-8pm. From Clarksville & Honey Grove, to Powderly & Cooper, the bluegrass jams at 18 West Hearne are heating up! Everyone is invited to the session either to play along or to just sit and enjoy some of the best music this side of the Red River.

The First Baptist Church of Honey Grove will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the building of the church's sanctuary on Sunday, June 10th, 2012, with a Morning Worship Service and Reunion starting at 11:00 a.m. The Reverend Rodney Stanford of Whitewright, Texas, will be the guest speaker.

The Honey Grove Lady Warriors took a 6-0 lead and pulled away from the Wolfe City Lady Wolves for an 11-1 victory to sweep the bi-district series.
