Driving through rushing water, an East End Fire Company truck from Tamaqua travels north up Hometown Hill while responding to flooded homes and streets in Hometown.

As you pass by the single two-story home located at 144 West Railroad St. in Nesquehoning, you'll notice a colorful memorial placed there by friends and loved ones of a couple found dead in the home by two of their children and a neighbor.

Hometown was filled with commotion for about an hour early Saturday morning.
