Rankin Bridge traffic to shift tomorrow

Traffic on the Rankin Bridge will be shifted to the newly-reconstructed side of the deck starting tomorrow morning and the sidewalk will be closed to pedestrians so crews can work on the other half of the bridge, officials said.
