The Riverdale High School Band and band boosters will present the 32nd Annual Division I State Marching Band Championship on November 7. Twenty-seven bands from across the state will compete for the a oeGovernors Cup,a presented annually to the best Division I marching band in the State of Tennessee.

Authorities in Carroll County have seized thousands of ephedrine pills and a meth lab and charged a Hollow Rock woman with promotion to manufacture methamphetamine, according to a news release from the Carroll County Sheriff's Office.
