The following motorists were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses: Robert L. Fisher, 17, of 20 Franklin St., Malone, was also charged by state police with third-degree grand larceny, speeding, driving without a license, no seat belt, moving from lane unsafely and reckless driving.
