Massena-based state police charged Brennon M. Bigtree, 18, of Hogansburg with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon following an incident at 4:30 p.m. Friday on state Route 37.

Massena-based state police charged Frederick H. Thompson, 41, of 24 Grove St., Massena, with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 11:45 a.m. Friday on County Route 42 in the town of Massena.
