Drunken driver gets more than 6 years in fatal Hillsboro crash

The case: At 2:30 a.m. on June 25, one vehicle rear-ended another on westbound Tualatin Valley Highway, flipping the front car off the road and killing the driver, Onesimo Ortiz-Giron, 43, of Hillsboro.
