Nearly a dozen students are recovering today after their school bus struck a tractor trailer on I-55 near Litchfield as they were returning from a field trip.

Dorothy LaVaughn File Scott, 87, of Lebanon, formerly of Litchfield, passed away at 3:55 p.m. Thursday, March 22, 2012, at Cedar Ridge Healthcare Center in Lebanon.
