The Graham County Commission has agreed to grant a conditional use permit for Ringneck Prairie Wind Farm, which will be located near Hill City in northwest Kansas.

The reality of a wind farm in Graham County took a step closer last week when Graham County commissioners approved a conditional-use permit for Ringneck Prairie Wind Farm.

The K-State Research and Extension offices in Graham, Decatur, Gove, Ellis, Norton, Trego and Sheridan counties will offer Hazardous Occupation Training, also known as the Tractor and Farm Safety Course.

This school year has been one of tremendous effort for Hill City High School FFA members.
