JUVENILE COMPLAINT, ROSE BOULEVARD: At 8:10 p.m. Saturday, police received a complaint from a woman about a trick-or-treater. She said the male youth, dressed in a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants and wearing a white mask, came to her door, stared at her and said nothing.
