Mayfield Heights considers rezoning for new Lander Road skilled-nursing center
Atrium Centers, Inc. wants to build a 40,000-square-foot skilled nursing and rehabilitation center at the Lander-Cedar Roads intersection, but the city will need to rezone the property for medical use before building can begin.
