This may be a tough case to prove since 2 officers giving chase could not see his face. If he were the only person that wore those pants seen on video, that would help the prosecution but I see a plea bargain and maybe acquittal on this . Tougher case than it may seem. Remember , a jury in San Bernardino hears this case. The population there is'nt known for their brilliance.

happens to me all the time im walking down the strreet see the cops jump a fence and hide in some pallets then get arrested for armed robbery its a bummer
