The Personal Online Account Privacy Protection Act, approved by the House Commerce Committee on Monday, would prohibit employers and public school teachers from demanding usernames and passwords from workers and students.

<![CDATA[Steven Troy Collins and Heidi Ann Fisher Mr. & Mrs. Robert "Bobby" Fisher are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Heidi Ann Fisher, to Steven Troy Collins, son of Mr. & Mrs. Bryant Collins of Opelousas. The couple will be united in marriage on April 27, 2013 during a 6:30 p.m. ceremony at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Washington. Heidi is the granddaughter of Theresa Fisher and the late Julien Fisher of Washington and the late Audrey and Daly Aguillard of Opelousas. She is a 1999 graduate of Opelousas Catholic and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management. She is employed as a Pharmaceutical Representative for Sunovion Pharmaceuticals. Steven is the grandson of Hazel Collins and the late Merrick Colins and the late Tansey and Hester Bellow of Opelousas. He is a 1996 graduate of Opelousas Catholic and received a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas El Paso. He is employed as a Physical Therapist for Home Health 2000. A rehearsal supper hosted by the groom's parents will be held April 26, 2013 at the Steamboat Warehouse in Washington. Following the wedding, a reception will be held at the Wolff Hall in Washington.
