Robert William VanDyke, Jr., 30, of 2570 Foster Ave. NE, Grand Rapids, was convicted of impaired driving and was sentenced to 93 days in jail to be served at the court's discretion with credit given for time served.
Roger James Boucher, 39, of 2133 S. Avenue, Rothbury, was convicted of OUIL, third offense, and was sentenced to 11 months in jail to be served at the court's discretion with six months to be served forthwith and credit given for time served.
