The U.S. EPA has finalized its plan to demolish a building, dig up contaminated soil and sediment, and treat the groundwater at the Crown Cleaners of Watertown Inc.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department arrested 46 year old William Baker of herrings after he allegedly punched and threw a wine bottle at a dog during a domestic dispute with his wife.
