Surber enters not guilty plea

Berkeley Co. voters to decide bond issue Saturday

A new high school in northern Berkeley County not only would ease overcrowding at Hedgesville and Martinsburg high schools, but would eliminate 30 to 40 minutes of travel time for 400 to 500 middle-school students, Berkeley County Schools Superintendent Manny P. Arvon II said.
