Man Facing Charges After Police Say He Ran Over His Wife

Police say it all started around 3 a.m. Saturday. Investigators allege after drinking at both a friends home and a bar, husband and wife Paul and Carisa Walz of Price Hill were in their car near the intersection of State Route 20 and State Route 212 in Hebron Kentucky when things went wrong.
